About Me

As an energy practitioner, I have an unconventional skill set that supports healing. In my practice, I offer a safe space for you to explore and move towards your goals… and it happens in a bit of an unorthodox way.

I have a unique ability to see inside, and I use my highly honed intuition to gather information about your stress, pain and what may be blocking you from a mind-body perspective.

Our bodies are always communicating with us and trying to get our attention. My job is to help you recognize and interpret that information so that you have an opportunity to move forward in a new way.

Our sessions are part energy work, part discussion, and all about helping you connect the dots.

I didn’t expect to become a holistic practitioner. After years in the healthcare field as a policy advisor and consultant, my own personal health journey led me to change careers and open my practice.

For years I suffered with chronic, debilitating pain, and all the stress and anxiety that accompanied it. Desperate for a solution, I tried energy work and began a healing process that changed my life.

As my stress and pain shifted, I became fascinated with the mind and body, and started to study complementary therapies and non-Western health systems. This background, coupled with my intuitive skills, gives me a unique perspective on health that enables me to guide clients through a powerful healing process. I opened my practice in 2008 and the rest, as they say, is history.

Many of us know what we want, but don’t really know how to get there. Or, even if we do, we can’t seem to make it happen in any kind of sustainable way.

Sounds familiar? I’d love to help.

Still Curious?

I laugh a lot. It’s my Mom’s fault – she started it.

I’m inspired and moved by the work of Pema Chodron.

Dogs love me, but not as much as I love them.

My spiritual practice? Kindness. Meditation. Daily infusions of things that light me up.

My favourite thing? This. Using all that I am to support clients create lives that feel vibrant and fulfilling.

My Space

I am passionate about creating a safe space for all clients. My practice welcomes people of diverse races, ethnicities, gender identities and/or expressions, bodies, ages, disabilities, spiritualities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures.

Although I work virtually, my office is located on the stolen land of the Algonquin Nation. As a settler, I am grateful for the opportunity to live, work and play on this land. I am committed to a lifelong process of decolonizing my practice and take an anti-oppression approach to my work.
